Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask all clients—new and returning—to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation

Late Arrivals

To maintain the integrity of our results-driven services, partial treatments are not available.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and will be subject to the full cancellation fee.

Parking

Paid parking is available behind the building for a flat rate of $20.

Alternatively, parking is available at the Brickell City Centre garage across the street.

Pets

We absolutely love dogs, but for the comfort and safety of all our clients, pets are not permitted in the spa.

Service dogs are welcome.

Relaxing Environment

To maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all clients, children are not permitted during appointments. This policy ensures comfort, safety, and uninterrupted service for every guest.
