• Deposit Policy

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

• Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Arrival Time

We ask that all clients, new and current, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for consultation.

• Late Arrivals

As we have result driven processes, we do not do partial services. Therefore, any arrivals later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time will be automatically canceled and result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• Parking

Paid parking is available in the building. Please note that we do not validate parking.
